Casual clothing at workplace on Friday

           It looks really boring to have same dress code for work daily. Employees do need to wear those suits and walk inside unbending shoes, ignoring Comfort. But now a days Friday is comfortable day of week as proper Dress wearing is discarded on this day. Usually people call it "casual Day " or "dress down day".

 According to survey by Levi Strauss, four of five white collar workers Said a day of casual dress improves morale. Some think to have improved productivity due to relaxation on dress Code .workers feel fresh and improves communication skills between Managers and workers and instill a sense of togetherness. It allows employees to have freedom as they can ride in subway with less fear. Well-dressed people are target on subways.

           Most companies allow casual wearing on Friday as employees yearn at Weekend but instead of taking work less seriously. They enjoy their Work in casuals as it is more comfortable and do not make them feel like they are on job. They feel the freedom. It is good change that helped Employees and employers. Still I think there should be some restrictions to maintain the value in office or any workplace. 

 According to study there are only 12 percent of men wear suit every day and only 6 percent of women report dressing in formal fashion.

The fashion segment in silicon valley is totally different from the entire world were some of the most successful people live but it so hard to see them in suits or any kind of formal wear. The Facebook CEO and co-founder mark Zuckerberg and the late apple CEO Steve jobs where just seen in same color  casual cloths which proofs that relaxed wearing can increase the productivity and decrease distractions.
